Basement Sports Inc. (DBA Superbase) operates this SMS program. We are a registered corporation with headquarters at 157 1st St, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
Sign up for text messages
Enter your mobile number and check the consent box below to opt in to Superbase text messages. This is the same opt-in form used at our front desk and inside every registration flow.
Other ways to opt in
You opt in to receive text messages from Superbase in one of these ways:
- Checking the "Receive text messages from Superbase" box when you register for a camp, class, party, program, or open house.
- Checking the box on a paper or in-person form at our front desk or kiosk.
- Texting a keyword we publish (e.g. JOIN) to our short or local number.
- Replying YES or START to a confirmation text we send you.
Opt-in for marketing messages is a separate checkbox from opt-in for transactional messages (receipts, reminders). You can opt in to one without the other.
What you'll receive
- Account Notifications: registration confirmations, party reminders, payment receipts, daily program recaps, waitlist alerts, Superbase Cafe receipts, class cancellations.
- Customer Care: replies to messages you send us.
- Marketing (separate opt-in): promotional offers, new program announcements, event invites.
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs. A camp parent during an active week may receive 1–5 messages. A marketing subscriber may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan. Superbase does not charge any fee for sending or receiving SMS.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any text from us — we will unsubscribe you immediately and send one confirmation.
- Reply HELP to any text — we will reply with support info.

Carrier notice
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other US carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subprocessors that help us deliver this SMS program (such as Twilio). See our full Privacy Policy.
