Superbase is a brand and "doing business as" name of Basement Sports Inc., a corporation organized in the United States. Our facility is located at 157 1st St, Jersey City, NJ 07302. You can reach us at camps@superbase.games or 551-225-9438.

This policy explains how Basement Sports Inc. ("we," "us," or "Superbase") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, register for camps, classes, parties, programs, the Basement Sports Network (BSPN), or visit Superbase Cafe.

• Account information: name, email, phone number, billing address.
• Child information: name, date of birth, school, grade, medical notes, allergies, photos — provided by you (the parent or guardian).
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.
• Communications: records of messages we exchange via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-person.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device + browser info. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• BSPN game data: for users who participate in Basement Sports broadcasts — game stats, photos, video clips, and audio commentary uploaded to game pages.

• To deliver the camps, classes, parties, and programs you register for.
• To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, daily reports).
• To send marketing messages — only if you've opted in.
• To process payments and issue refunds.
• To improve our services and develop new ones.
• To keep our facility, staff, and children safe (e.g. verifying authorized pickup contacts).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, child-safety, court orders).

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (via a checkbox on a registration form, a kiosk prompt, by texting a keyword to us, or by signing a written consent), you agree to receive automated text messages from Superbase by Basement Sports.

Message categories:

• Account Notifications (transactional): booking confirmations, party reminders, daily reports, payment receipts, waitlist alerts, Superbase Cafe receipts, class cancellations.
• Customer Care: replies to your questions and conversations initiated by you.
• Marketing (only if separately opted in): promotional offers, new program announcements, special events.

Frequency: message frequency varies based on your engagement (e.g. an active camp parent may receive 1–5 messages per week; a marketing subscriber may receive up to 4 per month).

Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Superbase does not charge for sending or receiving SMS.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any text from us at any time, and you will be unsubscribed from that category. Reply HELP for support information, or contact us at camps@superbase.games or 551-225-9438.

Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other US carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information sharing: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subprocessors that help us deliver the SMS program itself (e.g. Twilio).

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send and receive messages on WhatsApp. When you message us first on WhatsApp, or when you opt in to receive WhatsApp messages from us, your phone number, profile name, and message contents are processed by Meta in accordance with their WhatsApp Privacy Policy and then transmitted to Superbase via our service provider, Twilio.

We use WhatsApp for the same categories as SMS (Account Notifications, Customer Care, and — if opted in — Marketing). You can opt out at any time by messaging us "STOP" on WhatsApp or by adjusting your preferences in your Superbase account.

We share your information only with:

• Service providers who help us run Superbase: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS + WhatsApp), Cloudflare Stream and Mux (video), Google (analytics + ads), our hosting providers.
• Coaches and staff who need information to deliver your child's program.
• Emergency contacts in a medical or safety emergency.
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Superbase is designed for children to participate in programs through their parent or legal guardian's account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us at camps@superbase.games.

Superbase routinely photographs and videos our programs and Basement Sports games for promotional, recap, and community purposes. By registering, you agree to our Liability Waiver, which you can revoke at any time in writing.

On BSPN game pages, post-game media (photos, video clips, audio, notes) submitted by viewers is reviewed by staff before public display. You can request removal of any media that depicts you or your child by contacting us.

You can request to:

• Access the information we have about you and your children.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Opt out of marketing email, SMS, and WhatsApp at any time.
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage, restricted staff access, and audit logging. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app banner. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
